Three days in Cyprus with our Gelato University and Carpigiani's distributor ANCO

ANCO and CARPIGIANI GELATO UNIVERSITY are organizing 3 full-day gelato courses.
The basic course on February 4th and 5th includes:
• Ingredients, production process of gelato
• Preparation of milk based flavours
• Preparation of water based sorbets with fresh fruit
• How to prepare sauces
• Gelato on a stick
• Soft served gelato
• Gelato on a cake

The Advance course on February 6th is dedicated to experienced gelato makers.

The seminars are only for chefs, pastry chefs or gelato-related companies.
