Pastry Chef Otto Tay, the winner of World Pastry Cup in 2019 presents his special recipe of Entremet Glacé  "Pandanus".  The session is presented by Pastry Chef Alessandro Racca, the technical director of Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University.
