The course

Pastry Chef Francesco Boccia, winner of World Pastry Cup in 2015, will make his special recipe of Entremet Glacé, called Five Senses, in live streaming. The session will be presented by Pastry Chef Alessandro Racca, the technical director of Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University.
