The course lasts 3 weeks. The 3 weeks can be consecutive or separate. The courses starts on Monday at 9.00 am and finishes on Friday at 2.00 pm.
Certificate
The certificate of completion of the "BECOME A GELATIERE ONLINE" course is handed to the students who attend at least 80% of classes and pass the final exam.
