Bio
Olivier Fernandez attended the Pastry School of the Barcelona Guild (EPGB) and is currently serving as its director. During a significant phase of his career, he held a prominent position overseeing the pastry departments of establishments in the Catalan capital, including the Bonastre pastry shop, Hotel Juan Carlos I, and Gran Hotel La Florida. Thanks to his leadership, the EPGB has evolved into a prominent training center, gaining increasing international acclaim.
