• AVGUSTO - Premium traditional gelato shop
• Panificio Longoni - An innovative bakery and pastry shop renowned for its quality
• Portrait – restaurant recognized for its unconventional and unexpected approach to inserting gelato in its menu.
• Starting meeting with introduction to tour and Retail Horizons by Fabrizio Valente founder & CEO of Kiki Lab
• Final meeting to exchange impressions of visits with other participants
