Autostrada A1 (Milan-Rome) exiting at Bologna-Borgo Panigale. 500m from the toll station, exit in direction of Anzola dell'Emilia/Modena. After 3.6km, exit Lavino di Mezzo/Anzola Centro. Proceed along via Fernando Santi for about 1km and then turn left onto via Emilia. The Carpigiani Gelato University entrance is on the left after about 200m.

Train
From Bologna Central station go to the nearby bus station and then take bus 87 in the direction of Anzola Emilia. Get off the bus at Via Magli in Anzola. Click here to download the 87 bus schedule in pdf format.
